St. Joe Slow, LLC Return Policy

At St. Joe Slow, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item(s).

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Items returned damaged, worn, or outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as St. Joe Slow, LLC is not responsible for lost return packages.
